By placing an order on titan.toys, you agree to the following terms.

Who we are — Titan Toys is an articulated action figure brand operated by Kaustubh Shenai (Proprietor), based in Prayagraj, India. Our figures are studio-crafted under the ONNGEO label.

Product information — We make every effort to display product images, colours, and dimensions accurately. Small variations are normal — each Titan is hand-crafted in our Bharat workshop, so subtle differences in finish and tone are part of the studio-built character of every figure.

Pricing — All prices in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout is binding once you complete payment.

Order acceptance — Your order is accepted only when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Shipping — We ship across India via Shiprocket and partner couriers. Standard delivery 5–10 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Cash on Delivery available; additional charges may apply.

Returns and refunds — See our Refund Policy page. 7-day return window from delivery.

Limitation of liability — Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the order value paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Intellectual property — All product designs, images, and content on titan.toys are the intellectual property of Titan Toys / Kaustubh Shenai. Our figures are original creations inspired by general action-figure aesthetics; they are not affiliated with any third-party brand or franchise.

Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes — We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at titan.toys/pages/terms-of-service.
