Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every Titan Toys figure. If a piece isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window — 7 calendar days from delivery, per India's Consumer Protection Act 2019. The figure must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging.

What's eligible for a free return — Defective or damaged figures, or the wrong item shipped. We cover return shipping for both.

What's eligible at customer's cost — Change-of-mind returns. You ship the figure back at your expense; once we receive it in good condition, we refund the figure price.

What's not eligible — Custom-painted or personalised orders. Items returned after 7 days. Bundles where one figure is missing — we'll replace the missing piece, not the full bundle.

How to start a return

  1. Email kklsco@gmail.com with your order number (format: #10XX) and 2–3 clear photos of the issue.
  2. We reply within 48 business hours with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the figure, refund processes within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
  4. For COD orders: refund via UPI or NEFT to a bank account you specify.

Damaged in transit — Photograph the package before opening if it arrives damaged. Email the photos within 24 hours of delivery — we replace at no cost.
